Job opportunity: We are looking for a new Global Head of Delivery


Otivr is a rapidly expanding Swedish IT consultancy firm with a global network of IT suppliers, delivering software development solutions to Swedish companies. Otivr is solving the lack of IT talents in the Nordics by offering pre-qualified global IT resources together with Swedish project management and support. We are now looking for a Global Head of Delivery to join us on our journey of growth and who can take on a key role in the company. About the role

We believe that you have several years of experience in project management with an emphasis on IT development. We also believe that you are a social butterfly that enjoys working with people, and that you are comfortable being the natural link between our customers and suppliers. As Global Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our delivery routines of IT developers and IT projects. This will entail taking on ownership of our entire delivery process and proactively identifying opportunities to improve the way we deliver our services. You will also be the main point-of-contact for all of our ongoing projects throughout the entire project life cycle.

You will take on the role of a consultant for our customers in identifying their IT development needs. You will then translate these into specific deliverables for our suppliers and take on the responsibility of delivering the project according to the scope, time plan and on budget. You will map out the entire project process with guiding documents for quality assurance, time reporting and to make the entire delivery more efficient. In time, you will also get the possibility to build your team based on the company’s needs, which is why we place importance on your personal qualities, commitment and your ambition to develop together with the company’s growth.

The projects will differ in size and complexity and it is important that you take on an active role in each and every project, and that you demonstrate a great ability to handle the dialogue and co-operation between Otivr’s customers and as our suppliers.

– University education or similar with emphasis on IT, preferably an engineering degree
– Minimum 6 years working experience within IT, preferably as a technical manager/project manager
– A few years experience with software programming
– Good general knowledge on IT development and experience in leading technical projects with customers
– Project management background and experience in interacting with larger Swedish companies
– Structured, fast-paced and trustworthy
– Goal driven and keen on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
– Fluent in both Swedish and English
