Client Requirements

The client’s requirement was a website that shall allow customers to buy best domestic and international tile brands online.

Web shop must be such that it should provide the important facilities like online booking, payment and delivery. It should also have a user-friendly and intuitive interface that would provide an immersive user experience.

Solution

A website was developed to allow users to browse for various branded tiles on the website along with details as item number, color, color number, stock keeping unit group and price. It also allows users to select multiple products and tiles at any time and compare the product details such as size, price and description.

There is an in-built search functionality along with filters to display result based on selected values. Also, there is a live chat support feature within the website that allows the users to chat with the support executive and resolve their queries. User can choose products based on the size, number of pieces and add to their cart. They can also track the delivery status of an order by entering order id and zip code.

The website was integrated with payment gateways like PayPal, American Express and Master Card to facilitate online payments.

Results

The website facilitated seamless online purchasing of tiles based on the user’s requirements. This resulted in a large pool of customers opting for the online solution which increased their revenues and customer loyalty.
