Deals and Coupons Management App

Client Requirements

The client is an international service provider to various industries like food & beverages, fashion & beauty, electronics, leisure, health & fitness, home & living, hotels & spas and entertainment.

The client was looking to develop a comprehensive application for deals and coupons management which can be used across various businesses. The idea was to create native mobile apps that work for both Android and iOS, powered by a strong backend, which could deliver a media-rich experience and communicate the authenticity and brand of the company.

Solution

A custom solution was designed and developed with native app. The app has an interactive menu and custom UI controls to enable ordering at the finger tips. The app uses proprietary web services to get current specials, combo deals, up-selling items and sales items. The app also offers online ordering, payment options, SMS gateway for order printing and GPS services.

The major features of the app include:

• 1-Touch Ordering System; the app supports 1-touch ordering functionality in order to view order history to quickly load previous orders
• Simple Navigation
• Product Display Page - The Product Display page includes complete details of the project include discounts and buy button to order and score the transaction.
• Similar Product Campaigns - provides the subscriber an option to buy the product they like in addition and push the subscriber more towards the buy button and score a transaction
• Simple Integrated Payments - Display and ordering system is integrated with mobile payment gateway and multiple options
• Users Location – A major challenge was to trigger the user’s current location using postal codes to complete the order. The distance of the user is calculated outside the app level in order to optimize the performance of the app

• Coupon-based deals and latest deals

Results

The application provided a way to the users for getting value deals and coupons at their hands. With features like 1-touch ordering system, simple and interactive navigation, payment gateway integration and GPS the client's ordering and delivery became smoother and more efficient.
