Client Requirements

Client wanted to build a responsive application to manage multiple projects having different phases, assigned to various consultants along with individual and total costing.

Solution

The team developed a complex SharePoint and .NET based Project Management application which allows user to manage multiple projects including their timelines, phases and costing related to one project to meet the goals.

The application provides the user an easy control and access to manage and track multiple projects at phase level involving different consultants. It provides ease to create, read, update and delete operations at run time directly in the multi-level grid table and also allows users to allocate the budget to each phase and consultant, manually or automatically.

Results

The application provided for effective project management of multiple projects simultaneously.

Mangers can track the work on each phase of the cycle and meet the milestones thereby streamlining the delivery as well.
