The client is a cosmopolitan business community (Special Economic Zone) housing hundreds of financial institutions, including wealth funds and private investors, multinational retail outlets and various other corporate offices.
The requirement was to develop a new web-based system with scalable technologies along with migrating the whole data to a secure and strong database. Improvement in speed and usability was also required along with Integration of online payment gateways, SAP, third-party services and LDAP.
The system should be extensively scalable and a mobile application was needed to be developed for easy and convenient access, regardless of the location of the user.
A highly responsive, web-based application was developed to manage all types of court records. Code optimization and database operations was done for increasing the speed of the application. All processes were automated and usability standards implemented along with integration of online payment gateways. People from outside network with proper authentication credentials can also access the system.
The application with their current SAP system and application server is load balanced to reduce peak hour loads. A secure and advanced feature was implemented to store documents. A cross-platform mobile application was also developed for end users.
The application facilitated 24/7 access even from remote locations and 100% up-to-date tracking of cases and court records.
A 65% reduction in maintenance costs was also seen because of the automation done. It also provided safe storage of all legal and financial data.
